HAC appoints Bal Mahal as director of finance & operations

Bal is responsible for ensuring the association’s performance against the annual operating budget, preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly financial statements of the association and working closely with auditors at year-end.

She brings over 20 years of both private sector and non-profit accounting experience, including over 12 years in senior executive roles.
