Susie Grynol resigns from HAC, appointed VP at Marriott International
The Hotel Association of Canada (HAC) has announced the resignation of Susie Grynol from her position as president and CEO, effective June 3rd, 2024
Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, La Malbaie, Que. has become the first establishment in Quebec to receive 5 Green Key Meetings certification, and the 4th hotel in Quebec to obtain the 5 Green Key Eco-Rating Program certification by the Green Key Global organization.
These certifications reward the hotel’s determination and commitment, over many years, to sustainable development and environmental practices.
Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu is among the top 10 hotel establishments in Canada and the 19th in the world to have received the prestigious 5 Clés Vertes Réunions certification. This distinction highlights the excellence of the site’s services and facilities for meetings and events, while ensuring an exceptional and environmentally friendly customer experience. Regarding the 5 Green Keys Ecological Rating System certification, the hotel ranks 24th in Canada and 44th in the world.
Awarded by the Green Key Global organization, the Clé Verte (Green Key) and Clé Verte Réunions certifications are internationally recognized symbols of trust and environmental excellence. They reward the efforts of tourist establishments which adopt sustainable and environmentally friendly practices on a daily basis.
