Chemistry Consulting’s changing of the guard

VICTORIA — Chemistry Consulting, the Victoria-based human resources consulting company owned and run by Frank Bourree and Christine (Stoneman) Willow for the past 14 years, has new owners.

Established in 2006, Chemistry is a well-respected, BC-based HR consulting firm with a solid reputation for providing high-quality executive search, HR, business and immigration consulting services. The company is known for the personalized and thorough nature of their services as they provide meaningful advice and support to clients who are facing challenges addressing HR issues, such as retaining and training good staff, or implementing a performance management system.

Effective January 1, 2020, the company announced the acquisition of Chemistry Consulting Group by two of the company’s senior consultants, Kim Osborne and Sheenagh Beadell. After a highly successful partnership of over 25 years, Christine Willow and Frank Bourree, former partners in Chemistry Consulting Group, are looking forward to spending more time with family and travelling, while continuing to engage independently on special interest projects as they move into semi-retirement.

Moving forward, clients of Chemistry Consulting can anticipate continued dedication, professionalism, integrity and passion from the same team of dedicated and highly skilled consultants. The team at Chemistry will continue to provide the exceptional service clients have come to expect over the last 14 years.

The Chemistry Consulting office has moved to 219-645 Fort Street, Victoria, BC V8W 1G2 and the phone number is (250) 640-6360. The offices in Vancouver and Nanaimo remain the same.
