The property opened its doors in July 2025, with the company noting the timing allowed the hotel to welcome summer travellers. In a statement, Sunray Group writes that it was “delighted to welcome guests from near and far as they soak up the sunshine, explore the Falls, and create unforgettable memories in Niagara.”
The 106-suite hotel includes an indoor pool, a modern fitness room, complimentary breakfast, and an outdoor patio with barbecue facilities. The property is also located within a one-minute walk of the WEGO transit station and a 10-minute drive from Niagara Falls.
Sunray Group thanks the Marriott team and its hotel opening crew, citing their “support, hard work, and commitment” in bringing the project to completion.
The company says TownePlace Suites Niagara Falls Canada is positioned to serve guests travelling for business, leisure or extended stays.
