The Toronto-based company announced a slate of properties opening across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, along with refreshed icons in Paris, Venice, Milan and beyond. Guests will also be able to explore the world through the inaugural Four Seasons Yacht and curated itineraries aboard the Four Seasons Private Jet.
New hotels and resorts
- In late 2025 and into 2026, Four Seasons will open hotels and resorts that reflect local culture and design while delivering the brand’s hallmark service. Highlights include:
- Naples Beach Club, Florida — The Gulf Coast’s first Four Seasons, featuring 300 metres of white-sand beach, a Tom Fazio–designed golf course and a lively market square.
- Puerto Rico — Set within Bahía Beach’s 195-hectare nature reserve, with access to El Yunque National Forest.
- Red Sea at Shura Island, Saudi Arabia — A beachfront escape with six dining venues, a spa and lagoon views.
- AMAALA at Triple Bay, Saudi Arabia — A wellness-focused property with an Organic Spa Garden and 27-hole oceanfront golf course.
- Cartagena, Colombia — A transformation of colonial and Beaux-Arts landmarks at the edge of the UNESCO-listed Old Town.
- Madinah, Saudi Arabia — A new landmark near Al-Masjid an-Nabawi offering modern accommodations and event space.
- Hotel Danieli, Venice — A restoration of the historic palaces by designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, blending Gothic grandeur with lagoon views.
- Santa Barbara, California — The reimagined Biltmore resort returns, framed by the Pacific and the Santa Ynez Mountains.
- Mykonos, Greece — A cliffside resort overlooking Kalo Livadi Bay, with Cycladic-inspired design and direct beach access.
- Gstaad, Switzerland — The Park Gstaad reopens as a Four Seasons, offering a destination spa and multiple dining outlets.
- Hanoi, Vietnam — A lakeside retreat at Hoan Kiem Lake with spa and dining steps from the Old Quarter.
Renovations and redesigns
- Several Four Seasons icons have undergone significant updates:
- George V, Paris — A three-year renovation has modernized rooms and suites, many with landscaped balconies and Eiffel Tower views.
- Maui, Hawaii — The Maile Presidential Suite has been redesigned with wellness amenities including an infrared sauna and cold plunge.
- Milan, Italy — Rooms and suites refreshed by Pierre-Yves Rochon to highlight Italian craftsmanship.
- Mauritius at Anahita — Villas reimagined by design studio 1508 London.
- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — “Sky Garden” accommodations offering skyline views from the city’s tallest tower.
- Mexico City, Mexico — Guest rooms redesigned to showcase Mexican artistry.
- Tokyo at Marunouchi — Re-envisioned by André Fu Studio with a calm, residential feel.
- Hoi An, Vietnam — A refreshed beachfront villa accommodating up to 15 guests.
- Guangzhou, China — Guest rooms and public spaces refreshed, including the 70th-floor sky lobby.
Experiences by sea and sky
- Four Seasons will debut Four Seasons I, the company’s first yacht, in 2026. The vessel will feature 95 all-suite accommodations, expansive outdoor space and bespoke itineraries in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
- At the same time, the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience continues with multi-destination journeys such as Ancient Explorer and International Intrigue. Highlights include snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef, visiting Petra and ballooning over Serengeti National Park.
