Chris Austin joined Opal Hospitality as director of operations in May of this year.
Austin’s previous roles include regional director of operations at Inspiration Group of Companies, general manager at TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Petawawa, Ontario, general manager at Guelph’s Royal Brock Hotel, general manager at Days Inn by Wyndham Guelph, and conference manager at Best Western Plus Royal Brock Hotel and Conference Centre.
