CFO Capital has secured acquisition financing for The Inn on the Lake Hotel in Fall River, N.S., supporting the next chapter for the boutique lakeside property.
The hotel sits on about four acres of parkland along Lake Thomas, roughly 10 minutes from Halifax Stanfield International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Halifax. Public information shows the property features 39 guest rooms, four meeting and event spaces, a contemporary dining room and Oliver’s Gastropub, catering to leisure and corporate travellers alike.
CFO Capital credits Chander Ramanathan, senior vice‑president of business development, for playing a key role in arranging the financing.
Headquartered in Markham, Ont., CFO Capital provides financing for hotel acquisitions, construction and refinancing across Canada, with offices in Halifax, Montreal and Vancouver. The firm has structured financing for properties ranging from focused‑service hotels to boutique resorts in secondary and tertiary markets.
