Choice Hotels Canada has welcomed the Quality Inn & Suites in Prescott, Ontario into its portfolio of over 330 hotels across the country. The newly constructed hotel was conceived and built by the Kheraj family who also own the Quality Inn & Suites in Kingston. The new hotel is located near the 401 highway, has 69 rooms and offers a range of amenities for visiting guests.
“It is a true testament to the Quality brand that our established and experienced franchisee partner chose for their newly constructed hotel,” says Brian Leon, CEO of Choice Hotels Canada. “We know the team will ensure guests are well taken care of and we believe this new property will be warmly welcomed by both the community and those visiting.”
While all rooms include a microwave and refrigerator, for those staying longer, there are also rooms equipped with kitchenettes and work areas. Guests can also start each morning with a complimentary hot breakfast buffet and enjoy the indoor heated pool or fitness centre before heading out for the day. Additional amenities at the pet-friendly hotel include two meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 120 guests, EV charging stations and a handy marketplace stocked with essentials and snacks.
“Our Quality Inn & Suites in Kingston has been an important asset in our portfolio,” says Aejaz Kheraj, owner of Quality Inn & Suites Prescott. “Building this new hotel in Prescott has been a labour of love and we hope to build on the success of the brand, provide a memorable stay experience and exceed guest expectations.”
Visitors to Prescott can enjoy local attractions like the Fort Wellington National Historic Site, the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival and the RiverWalk Promenade. The property is designed and constructed by Chamberlain Architect Services Limited.
