MINETT, Ont. — Rosseau Developments recently named Michael Sneyd chief operating officer and announced on Aug. 2 that Rosseau Residences at JW Marriott Muskoka has retained Markham, Ont.-based McOuat Partnership as its marketing/advertising agency of record and tcgpr of Toronto as its PR firm. Managing the sales of Rosseau Residences at JW Marriott Muskoka is Baker Real Estate Inc.

“McOuat Partnership and tcgpr will support Baker Real Estate’s mandate to market our upcoming real estate condominium offerings,” added Sneyd. “Set in Muskoka overlooking Lake Rosseau, The Rosseau was chosen by Condé Naste readers as one of Canada’s Top Ten resorts, the only Resort east of the Rockies to achieve a top ten position. The Rosseau will soon offer a limited number of condos for purchase, comprised of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom junior and two-bedroom executive suites.”
