Hotel Camrose Resort & Casino appoints Hany Assal as GM
Hotel Camrose Resort & Casino has appointed Hany Assal as general manager.
With progressive experience in hotel management and serving as general manager for various hotels — Assal is a leader who demonstrates verifiable records of achievement in taking over and turning around properties that were not performing to their potential and creating positive environments in spite of difficult challenges.
His prior role was general manager at Ramada by Wyndham, where he worked for almost eight years. Before this, he worked at Liam Hotels, Radisson Hotel and Convention Centre Edmonton, Four Points by Sheridan, Arabia Azur Beach Resort, Merit Hotel & Suites, Alberta Hotel & Lodging Association and Best Western Plus Port O’Call Hotel.
