Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront has appointed Pankaj Bhatt as its new executive chef.
Bhatt’s previous role was sous chef at Fairmont Château Lake Louise. Before that, he worked at JA Hotels & Resorts, Jumeirah Group/Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Etihad, TGP International, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, P&O Cruises and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
