Four Seasons Hotel Toronto appoints new spa and wellness director

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has named Maggee Byrd as its new director of spa and wellness. Byrd, who previously worked at The Ritz-Carlton Toronto, brings more than 22 years of experience in hospitality across Canada and the United States. Her background spans spa and wellness, rooms operations, conference services, food and beverage, catering, sales and marketing.

In announcing the appointment, general manager Patrick Pollak said Byrd’s range of experience will help strengthen the spa’s reputation.

With an exceptional background in spa and wellness, as well as a depth of experience in hotel operations, Maggee brings a fresh vision and wealth of industry experience to her new role with us here at Four Seasons,” Pollak writes in a statement.

The Spa at Four Seasons Toronto is the city’s only Forbes Five-Star spa and the largest urban spa in the Four Seasons portfolio, covering more than 30,000 square feet. It features 19 treatment rooms, a wellness and bio bar, five spa suites, a relaxation pool, an infrared sauna, an outdoor terrace, and nail and hair services.
