CFO Capital names Joshua Broadhead SVP for B.C. business development
CFO Capital has named Joshua Broadhead senior vice-president for B.C. business development. Based in Vancouver, Broadhead brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance, housing development and business development. His career has spanned the public, private and non-profit sectors.
Broadhead spent more than a decade with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp., where he worked in underwriting and client advisory services for multi-unit and affordable housing projects across the country.
At BC Housing, he oversaw more than 30 housing projects worth more than $500 million during a five-year tenure. Most recently, he served as chief underwriter at HPC Housing Investment Corp. for five years, sourcing and underwriting more than $73 million in projects.
Fully bilingual in English and French, Broadhead holds a bachelor of commerce degree in business law and economics.
CFO Capital said his leadership and experience will support the firm’s growth strategy in British Columbia.
