Colliers Hotels has announced the sale of the Newfoundland & Labrador hotel portfolio on behalf of Clayton Hospitality Inc. to Wave Hospitality.

This 283-key portfolio comprises three award-winning properties located across Newfoundland & Labrador in strong local markets (Comfort Hotel Airport St. John's, Comfort Inn Gander, and Quality Hotel Clarenville), offering accessibility—as well as a mix of leisure and corporate demand generators.
