Colliers Hotels advises sale of Le St‑Martin Montréal to private investment firm
Colliers Hotels acted as the exclusive advisor for Les Hôtels St-Martin Inc. in the sale of Le St-Martin Montréal to a private investment firm, according to Colliers’ announcement.
Le St-Martin Montréal rises 17 storeys above one of downtown Montréal’s busiest commercial arteries. The hotel offers 123 guestrooms, a highly visible restaurant component, and a mix of upscale amenities. The property was developed by Jean Salette and was constructed in 2010 on the former site of the iconic Ben’s Deli at Metcalfe and de Maisonneuve.
The luxury boutique hotel is positioned as a four-diamond property and is recognized for combining sophistication with urban warmth in the Montréal market.
