The all-suite hotel offers kitchenette-equipped accommodations along with amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness centre, hot tub and complimentary breakfast. Its central location makes it popular with both business and leisure travellers.

With this acquisition, Devansh Group says its total investments in hotel properties have reached $61 million in 2025, underscoring its growing presence in Canadian hospitality.

Devansh Group of Hotels is an Ontario-headquartered company active in real estate management and hotel acquisitions and development across Canada. Its current portfolio includes properties such as Four Points by Sheraton Barrie, Quality Inn Pembroke, Radisson Montreal Airport, Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View, and the Residence Inn Moncton.

In Saint John, the group collaborated with IHG Hotels & Resorts to convert and renovate the Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View, investing approximately $7.5 million in the project. The property reopened in late 2023 and now features renovated rooms, meeting spaces, a fitness centre and restaurant amenities.

The acquisition of the Residence Inn by Marriott Moncton strengthens Devansh Group’s foothold in Atlantic Canada. Moncton’s hotel market continues to benefit from central location advantages and consistent demand from both business and leisure segments. The addition of a well-located extended-stay property with strong amenity offerings aligns with regional trends where extended-stay and full-service suites remain in demand.
