According to AC Hotels by Marriott Ottawa Downtown, throughout her career, Paxton has demonstrated strong leadership in driving operational efficiency, fostering employee development, and implementing innovative workforce management strategies. Her proven track record is expected to be an invaluable asset as the hotel prepares for its opening.
