Susie Grynol resigns from HAC, appointed VP at Marriott International
The Hotel Association of Canada (HAC) has announced the resignation of Susie Grynol from her position as president and CEO, effective June 3rd, 2024
The 2021 Mark Pearce Spirit of Hospitality Award recipient is Élisabeth Jean-Pierre of Quality Inn in Sept-Iles, Que.
“It was an absolute pleasure to be there to see her bright smile and heartfelt reaction when she was honoured with the award. Élisabeth always strives to provide remarkable customer service, and can be found singing in her Innu language while serving breakfast to hotel guests at the Quality Inn in Sept-Iles, QC,” said Brian Leon, president of Choice Hotels Canada.
