A 22-year veteran of American Express Global Business Travel, Ladouceur has held several senior and executive positions in Canada within the organization.
In recent months, GBT Canada recently launched an innovative traveller tracking tool as well as a unique unused ticket solution. The company was also selected as the official travel provider for the 2017 Canada Summer Games, assisting with end-to-end booking and providing 24/7 support for travellers including thousands of athletes, coaches, officials, employees and volunteers.
