Turtle Bay Resort, Kahuku, Hawaii appoints Andrew Craig as director of restaurants
Turtle Bay Resort, Kahuku, Hawaii has appointed Andrew Craig as its director of restaurants.

Craig’s previous role was tonga room general manager at Fairmont San Francisco, Calif. He also worked as assistant director of food and beverage.
Before that, he worked at Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel, Vancouver, Water Street Café, Vancouver, Fairmont Kea Lani Maui, Hawaiian Islands, Fairmont Royal York, Toronto, Fairmont Banff Springs, Banff, Alta., Vintage Hotels, The Fairmont Banff Springs, Benchmark Restaurant, Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ont., Taboo Resort & Spa, Gravenhurst, Ont., Urban Pantry, Boston Pizza, Montana’s Cookhouse and Tin Mill Restaurant.
