The Hazelton’s Robert Redmile appointed vice director of Les Clefs d'Or for Ontario

Robert Redmile, assistant chef concierge at The Hazelton Hotel has been appointed vice director of Les Clefs d’Or for Ontario, he will coordinate special events and mentor aspiring members during his forthcoming two-year tenure.

Les Clefs d’ Or Canada is a collective of hotel concierges dedicated to the achievement of exceptional service by connecting, educating and inspiring its members to constantly exceed guest expectations” according to its mission statement. It is a not-for-profit association that has been a Les Clefs d’Or International member since 1976. Les Clefs d’ Or has 136 Canadian members and over 4,000 concierges in the world.
