The Sunray Group of Hotels has announced the opening of its Home2 Suites by Hilton in Kitchener. The newly built, 114-suite property officially opened its doors on October 1, 2024, at 30 Fairway Road South, adjacent to Sunray’s existing DoubleTree by Hilton.
The launch emphasizes Sunray’s strategy of aligning with strong global brands like Hilton to enhance its portfolio and deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. The property’s extended-stay focus reflects the growing demand for flexible accommodations in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, an area known for its tech sector, educational institutions, and burgeoning tourism industry.
