Paul Y. Construction (B.C) Ltd. has announced the groundbreaking of new dual-branded hotel in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
REAP Capital Group has arranged long-term financing for the dual-branded DoubleTree by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton, Kitchener, Ont.
The hotels have 75 guest rooms with laminate flooring, a 55-inch TV, mini-fridge, workspace, complimentary WiFi, and a bathroom with heated floors. There is also a 24-hour fitness centre, a heated indoor pool, eight meeting rooms and an Arbor Kitchen & Bar.
