Opal Hospitality has officially opened Hôtel Railwayparc Montreal, a 73-room boutique property under the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, located at 6645 Rue Saint-Jacques. Developed by Sergakis Holdings, the hotel is designed to reflect the industrial legacy and evolving creative energy of the city’s Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG) neighbourhood.
Positioned near rail lines in a rapidly transforming corridor, the property pays homage to the area’s historic infrastructure while catering to the modern traveller. Design elements, including curated local art and textured finishes, are intended to ground the hotel in its immediate context.
“We're thrilled to introduce the Tapestry Collection by Hilton to this vibrant part of Montreal,” says Perry Vashee, president of Opal Hospitality. “Hôtel Railwayparc delivers premium comfort and local character for travellers and locals alike.”
The hotel features a range of amenities geared toward both business and leisure guests. These include:
The property is located within close proximity to local shopping and dining in NDG and offers convenient access to Montréal–Trudeau International Airport.
Guests who are members of the Hilton Honors loyalty program can access a variety of digital features, including contactless check-in, room selection, and Digital Key access through the Hilton Honors app.
Hôtel Railwayparc marks a continued investment by Opal Hospitality in distinct, market-sensitive assets under the Hilton umbrella, aimed at blending brand standards with local expression.
