
Easton's Group of Hotels acquires Four Points by Sheraton Kingston

TORONTO — Roz Winegrad has been appointed to the role of area vice-president of owner and franchise services for Marriott Hotels of Canada, it was announced May 31.
As the leader of franchise account management across full-service and SS/ES franchisees and management companies, she will be responsible for leveraging Marriott’s system tools and resources for franchisees to optimize revenue and operations.
In partnership with owner services and managed by Marriott operations, she will also work towards driving owner satisfaction. In addition, Winegrad will work with the Canadian development team, providing support and expertise on the design process, due diligence and operational excellence.
Winegrad has extensive experience working with Marriott Hotel owners and franchisees. For the last 15 years, she has worked for Marriott International in full service franchising, owner services account leadership, and most recently led the business engagement and service team in providing owner and franchise communications, initiative management and development marketing tools. Prior to her corporate roles at Marriott International, Winegrad spent several years working on-property in leadership roles in culinary, food and beverage, operations and as director of catering at the New York Marquis.
