Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre has officially reopened after renovating its meeting and event space. Located in downtown Toronto, the hotel and its transformed spaces will provide a sophisticated and seamless experience for a variety of events, including meetings, corporate events, banquets and wedding receptions.
The hotel offers over 26,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, two pillarless ballrooms located across from one another, a large pre-function space and 10 breakout rooms. The space was thoughtfully designed to create effortless movement between meetings, networking opportunities and breakout sessions.
The newly renovated space blends modern flair with warmth, inspired by the city’s skyline and natural brick stones. Events are elevated within well-crafted areas that have a balance between historic preservation and new enhancements. This includes technology advancements, a new lighting system, digital signage and an app-based service for real-time guest support. Additionally, water refill stations are available on every level to help promote eco-friendly practices for a greener event experience.
The hotel offers a unique experience for both business and leisure guests at Toronto’s exclusive sports simulator and bar lounge, PAR BAR. Available to host private functions for up to 100 people, guests can also enjoy 20 different Topgolf games including football, baseball, soccer and dodgeball. PAR BAR also offers 80 virtual and 18-hole golf courses.
“We’ve always had an incredible layout and flow, and with our newly transformed spaces, we’re excited to welcome back our guests to host their next meeting or event,” says Jeffrey Kennedy, general manager, Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. “We have always been service-focused, and our 2024 best-in-class event satisfaction score demonstrates the seamless and outstanding experience our team provides…”
