Susie Grynol resigns from HAC, appointed VP at Marriott International
The Hotel Association of Canada (HAC) has announced the resignation of Susie Grynol from her position as president and CEO, effective June 3rd, 2024
Lotus Capital Group has appointed Dan Dibadj as vice president, acquisitions.
Didbadj’s new role will focus on sourcing, negotiating, and execution of acquisition opportunities across opportunistic, value-added and legacy strategies within Canada.
His previous role was senior director, investments at Pacific Reach — where he worked for nearly eight years. Before that, he worked at Retirement Concepts and Wesgroup Properties.
He brings 13 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, development and capital markets — and has been directly involved in over $3.6 Billion in transactions across North America. His areas of expertise include multifamily and commercial real estate, hospitality, and senior housing.
In addition, he is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP, Urban Development Institute (UDI) and the Gastown Business Improvement Society.
