IHG Hotels begins construction of new Candlewood Suites Collingwood

This property comes after the success of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Collingwood in 2020 by Dunn Capital Corporation (Dunncapp.) The 51-room property will be 31,840 square feet, each room will have a kitchenette. The Candlewood hotel will be located at 502 Hume St., constructed on a 4.3-acre parcel of land, which is located at the intersection of Hume St., Hwy 26 and Pretty River Parkway.
