Gray Collection has appointed Ioanna Antonopoulos as vice president of employee and customer experience.
Antonopoulos’ previous role was director of culture and guest experience at Gray Collection, and she has been with the company for almost two years. Before this, she worked at Groupe Antonopoulos, KPMG Canada and Organizational Behavior Course Counsellor (OBCC.)

With her exceptional skills and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, she is the ideal choice to fill this key role within Gray Collection.
As vice president of employee and guest experience, she will be responsible for leading Gray Collecton’s efforts to deliver an exceptional experience at all levels of the organization.
