VANCOUVER — go2HR, BC’s tourism industry human resource association, has named Stephanie Mallalieu to the position of industry health and safety specialist, it was announced Sept. 20.
Mallalieu will be responsible for increasing industry engagement in health and safety, and the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program, a nationally recognized audit, certification and incentive program.
Recently relocating from the UK to Canada, Mallalieu brings extensive health and safety experience to the go2HR team, with a focus on the foods services sector. Her previous roles include health and safety manager at First Choice Holidays UK and client services director for Food Alert, providing support to restaurants for food service hygiene and general health and safety.
