Destination Ontario recently partnered up with organizations and Canadian Niagara Hotels with a tourism initiative aimed at showcasing the Niagara region.
Destination Ontario partnered with Niagara Parks Commission, Niagara Falls Tourism, Tourism Partnership of Niagara and Canadian Niagara Hotels to showcase the Niagara region in both the U.S. and Canadian markets. Spending three days with New Day Cleveland shooting an entire episode in Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, Destination Ontario then spent four days pre-shooting with the Breakfast Television crew ahead of their LIVE four-hour BT morning show from Oakes Garden Theatre.
Niagara’s attractions, experiences and backdrop kicked off Destination Ontario’s spring/summer broadcast campaign with a bang! Literally. “The fireworks over the Falls was the icing on the Clifton Hill funnel cake! Thank you to the partners and operators who helped make it all possible,” said Liisa Sefton, broadcast media specialist (North America) at Destination Ontario.
