Colliers Toronto brokerage announces changes to leadership team
Colliers has announced new changes to its Toronto brokerage leadership team, with Robert Frost taking leadership of the Toronto West office while Jonathan Olynick has been appointed to managing director, Toronto Downtown.

Peter Garrigan, executive managing director, GTA and Bobby MacDonald managing director, Southwestern Ontario will remain in their roles. The position of managing director, Toronto North will be announced in the new year.
Frost began his commercial real estate career at Colliers in 2005 as a sales representative before advancing his career in progressive leadership roles at GWL Realty Advisors and Prologis. Frost returned to the firm in 2021 as senior managing director and leads Colliers’ national multi-family practice group across the country. He is actively involved in our community and corporate culture leading the organization of many initiatives including Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer, JDRF – CRE Ride to Defeat Diabetes, and Oxford Cup, says the company.
Jonathan Olynick joined Colliers earlier in 2024 as the vice president, sales representative in Colliers’ Toronto Downtown office. For over 20 years, Olynick has held senior leadership roles in investments, asset management, and leasing. He was previously a partner at a boutique private equity real estate firm that launched a mid-cap value-add residential fund. In addition, Olynick brings with him experience in progressively senior roles at Manulife Investment Management and Brookfield Properties. He started his career as a sales representative with J.J. Barnicke advising commercial real estate clients.
