The report includes the 2022 year-in-review, 2022 transaction list, 2023 outlook, as well as hotel investment trends.
2023’s key themes as reported will be continued strength in the transaction market; deal sizes both large and small; creative structuring during interim high interest rate period; portfolio rationalization, refinancing and brand requirements; lifestyle and extended stay will dominate the development pipeline.
