Canada hotels record first occupancy decline in three months
After three consecutive months of year-over-year increases, Canada’s hotel industry recorded a decline in occupancy, according to CoStar’s July 2024 data.

The design incorporates a unique coastal feel with contemporary lines and silhouettes that lend a relaxed elegance to the breezy simplicity of shore life. The redesigned open-concept space also incorporates nature’s palette with a bit of drama and mood.
Dark chocolates and caramel, the colours of earth, wood, and stone, are designed to emulate a relaxing and warm feeling.
