Choice Hotels Canada shared the winners of its prestigious Platinum and Gold Guest Satisfaction Awards.
The annual awards celebrate Canadian properties for their dedication to operational excellence and customer service. Winning properties are determined based on results from key performance indicators and guest insight surveys which include metrics such as likelihood to recommend, overall staff service and room condition.
There are two levels of awards—Platinum and Gold. The Platinum winners represent the best of the best and are among the top three per cent of hotels in the Choice Hotels Canada portfolio of more than 330 properties, while Gold winners are among the top four to 10 per cent. This year there were nine Platinum Award winners and 21 Gold.
“These awards are particularly meaningful since they are largely decided based on feedback from our guests,” said Brian Leon, CEO of Choice Hotels Canada. “With a robust return to travel, these hotels are not only busy, but are delivering the ultimate in guest service.” Below is the full list of the 2023 Platinum and Gold Guest Satisfaction Award recipients.
