CFO Capital arranges financing of the Holiday Inn Express, St. Thomas, Ont.
CFO Capital has arranged financing for the construction of the Holiday Inn Express, St. Thomas Ontario—future home of Volkswagan's first North American electric vehicle (EV) battery plant.
The 5-storey, state-of-the-art, 95-key Hotel is complimented with a swimming pool, fitness centre, meeting rooms, 74-seating capacity banquet hall attached to the Elgin Centre, a 305,000 sf enclosed shopping mall, which has more than 40 retail outlets including a Galaxy Cinema, Giant Tiger, Metro and Fit4Less, restaurants and other amenities.
The hotel is located at 275 Highview Drive, St. Thomas, ON N5R 5Y5, and is also 5 minutes away from the new Volkswagen EV Plant and 15 minutes from the Amazon Fulfilment Centre by car.
