CFO Capital has announced the arrangement of recent financing of the historic Harrison Hot Springs Resort in British Columbia.
The 311,640 SF facility boasts, 351 guestrooms, a nine-hole golf course, restaurants, office space, and a marina sitting on 142 acres of gardens and pools. The Village of Harrison Hot Springs is a community at the southern end of Harrison Lake in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia.
