CFO Capital arranges financing for ‘60s‑era Ontario motel, to become residential highrise
CFO Capital has arranged financing for the Green Acres Motel, a 36-guest-room, circa 1963 motel, sitting on 0.79 acres of land with frontage on Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga, Ont.
According to CFO Capital, the site is currently approved for a 10-storey apartment building with 153 units (19 three-bedrooms, 51 two-bedroom units, 77 one-bedroom units and 6 studio units) with a gross area of 147,013 SF.
