The Hotel Association of Canada (HAC) has announced the resignation of Susie Grynol from her position as president and CEO, effective June 3rd, 2024
On behalf of InnVest Hotels, CFO Capital has arranged over $175,000,000 of debt on six hotels, 1,563 keys, and over four provinces.
The properties are:
Holiday Inn Express, Downtown Toronto, Ont.: 195 keys
Ottawa Marriott, Ont.: 486 keys
HIX North Bay, Ont.: 116 keys
Delta Winnipeg, Man.: 393 keys
Hilton Saint John, N.B.: 197 keys
Holiday Inn Laval, Que.: 176 keys
