CFO Capital arranges financing for Hyatt Place Ottawa‑West
CFO Capital has arranged financing for Hyatt Place Ottawa-West in Ottawa, Ont.
The 140-guest room and 10 suites hotel has 1,183 sq. ft. of event space; and was built in 2021. The property has also implemented geothermal heating and cooling systems, 225 rooftop solar panels and EV charging stations.
Hyatt Place Ottawa-West was honoured in 2023 by the Canadian Museum of Nature as a national finalist for the Nature Inspiration Awards.
