Casino Rama Resort to embark on major refurbishment
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment has announced it is working with its partners at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) and Rama First Nation, and embarking on a major refurbishment project.
This project aims to enhance the guest experience, while also creating new job opportunities within the area.
The refresh includes comprehensive upgrades across the property, touching on everything from hotel room upgrades and an expanded spa and fitness centre to an updated gaming floor and common areas.
New dining options, including family-friendly selections, will be introduced to complement the revitalized space. Chow Lucky Noodle Bar (Chow) is the latest addition to Casino Rama Resort’s dining selections. It is an Asian-inspired eatery, featuring wok-fired favourites, soups, and bowls.
“Our employees have been the key to our success for many years, and I am excited about the career opportunities this announcement brings for our team while creating more jobs in the community,” says Helen Cooper, general manager of Casino Rama Resort.
“We are looking for those who share our passion for people and commitment to customer service. I’m excited to see the reaction of our amazing patrons when they experience our re-energized resort and look forward to expanding our team in the process.”
