Canadian Super 8s win TripAdvisor Certificates
CALGARY — Marc Staniloff of Superior Lodging Corp. singled out the redesigned Innov8te guest rooms as one reason why so many of Canada's Super 8s achieved TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence.

TripAdvisor’s 2018 Certificate of Excellence designation. TripAdvisor’s
Certificate of Excellence honours hospitality businesses that deliver
consistently great service across the world.

recognized with TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence,” said president &
CEO Marc Staniloff. “Being acknowledged by TripAdvisor is very important to us
because it speaks directly to how much our guests enjoy our excellent customer
service and our new Innov8te rooms.”
The designation is presented yearly to approximately 10 per cent of total
businesses on TripAdvisor that have earned a bubble rating of at least four out
of five, accrued a minimum number of reviews and have been listed on
TripAdvisor for at least the past 12 months. Most importantly though, this
achievement is earned through consistent positive guest feedback as there is no
application process for the Certificate of Excellence.
Canada did much better than the average, with 32 out of 125 Super 8s or 25.6 per cent of Canadian Super 8s, winning the designation.
The redesigned Innov8te
guest rooms feature stylish bedding, sleek finishings, and modern
amenities. Plus, the rooms feature signature black-and-white artwork depicting
local landmarks and landscapes. Super 8 hotels also offer a complimentary breakfast
at most locations and free WiFi.
