Beechwood Real Estate Advisors, Brokers Inc. has promoted Sylvia Occhiuzzi to senior vice president, and she is now a principal in the company.
Since joining Beechwood at its inception in 2020, Occhiuzzi has been instrumental in growing Beechwood’s hotel real estate practice and has become a respected industry advisor, article contributor and guest speaker. Her 20+ years of hotel experience is diverse, spanning brokerage, international brand development, financial underwriting and mortgage financings.
Prior to this, Occhiuzzi’s role was senior associate at CBRE Canada. Before that, she worked at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, and Colliers International Mortgage Corp.
