Beechwood Real Estate Advisors, Brokerage Inc. has announced the successful completion of two off-market hotel transactions, with properties located in Simcoe, Ont., and Truro, N.S.

The 61-room Comfort Inn in Simcoe, located minutes from Lake Erie and within an hour of the Greater Golden Horseshoe region, was sold to Mana Hotel Group Ltd. The transaction was completed quietly and off-market, with Beechwood facilitating the deal between the buyer and InnVest Hotels, the seller.

In a second transaction, Beechwood, in partnership with Brunswick Brokers Commercial Real Estate, completed the sale of the 114-room Inn on Prince Hotel & Conference Centre in Truro. Centrally located with access to major highways in Nova Scotia, the property was also acquired by Mana Hotel Group Ltd. from Aquilini Properties Inc.
In both instances, Beechwood arranged discreet, customized solutions to manage risk and streamline the acquisition process.
